Questo sito è una vetrina: non ha account, non ha pubblicità e non ha strumenti di tracciamento. L'unico punto in cui raccoglie dati personali è il form dei contatti in fondo alla home. Quello che scrivi lì diventa un'email che arriva alla nostra casella: il sito non conserva nulla, non c'è nessun archivio e nessun database dietro.

Quali dati raccogliamo

Solo quelli che scrivi tu nel form: nome, cognome, indirizzo email, il numero di telefono (facoltativo: puoi lasciarlo vuoto), l'argomento che scegli dall'elenco e il testo del messaggio. Non chiediamo altro e non ricaviamo altro da altre fonti.

Il messaggio è un campo libero: ti chiediamo di non scriverci dati particolarmente delicati — salute, opinioni politiche o religiose, dati di altre persone — perché per rispondere a una richiesta non servono.

Perché li trattiamo

Per una ragione sola: leggerti e risponderti. Non li usiamo per newsletter, non li usiamo per profilarti, non li cediamo e non li vendiamo a nessuno.

La base giuridica è l'art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) del GDPR (misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta) quando ci scrivi per un preventivo o una collaborazione, e l'art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) (nostro legittimo interesse a rispondere a chi ci contatta) negli altri casi.

Dove finisce il messaggio

Il form non salva niente da nessuna parte. Il testo viene trasformato in un'email e spedito subito alla casella linchettostudio@gmail.com. Da quel momento il tuo messaggio vive lì, come qualunque email che ci avessi mandato dal tuo programma di posta.

I fornitori coinvolti nel passaggio sono tre:

• Cloudflare — ospita il sito e fornisce il controllo antispam (vedi sotto).
• Resend — spedisce materialmente l'email. La consegna passa dalla loro infrastruttura nella regione europea.
• Google — è il fornitore della casella di posta dove il messaggio arriva.

Resend e Google sono società statunitensi: gli eventuali trasferimenti di dati fuori dall'Unione Europea avvengono sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea.

Il controllo antispam

Sotto il form gira Cloudflare Turnstile, che serve a distinguere una persona da un programma automatico. Per farlo legge alcune informazioni tecniche del browser (indirizzo IP, caratteristiche del dispositivo, come interagisci con la pagina). Serve solo a questo: non costruisce profili pubblicitari e non ti segue da un sito all'altro. Senza un controllo del genere la casella verrebbe sommersa di messaggi automatici nel giro di pochi giorni.

Per quanto tempo restano

Il messaggio resta nella casella di posta per il tempo necessario a gestire la tua richiesta e a tenere memoria della conversazione. Come regola cancelliamo i messaggi che non hanno avuto seguito entro 24 mesi. Puoi chiederci di cancellare il tuo prima, in qualsiasi momento.

Cookie e statistiche

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione e non ha strumenti di statistica: nessun Google Analytics, nessun pixel, niente di niente. L'unica cosa che il sito memorizza nel tuo browser è la lingua che hai scelto con il pulsante IT/EN, salvata localmente perché al ritorno trovi la pagina nella lingua giusta. Non è un identificatore e non lascia il tuo dispositivo.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiederci in ogni momento l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità, e puoi opporti al trattamento. Basta scrivere a linchettostudio@gmail.com: rispondiamo senza ingiustificato ritardo e comunque entro un mese, come previsto dall'art. 12 del GDPR.

Se ritieni che il trattamento violi il Regolamento hai diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Minori

Il sito e il form si rivolgono a un pubblico adulto, nel contesto di richieste professionali. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori.

Eventuali modifiche a questa informativa saranno pubblicate a questo indirizzo con la relativa data.

In short

This site is a showcase: no accounts, no advertising, no tracking tools. The only place where it collects personal data is the contact form at the bottom of the home page. What you write there becomes an email that lands in our inbox: the site stores nothing — there is no archive and no database behind it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional — you may leave it empty), the topic you pick from the list and the message text. We ask for nothing else and obtain nothing from other sources.

The message is a free-text field: please do not write particularly sensitive information there — health, political or religious views, other people's data — because answering an enquiry does not require it.

Why we process it

For one reason only: to read your message and reply. We do not use it for newsletters, we do not profile you, and we neither share nor sell it to anyone.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) when you write about a quote or a collaboration, and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us) in other cases.

Where the message goes

The form saves nothing anywhere. Your text is turned into an email and sent straight to linchettostudio@gmail.com. From that moment your message lives there, like any email you might have sent from your own mail app.

Three providers are involved along the way:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides the anti-spam check (see below).
• Resend — actually delivers the email, through their European-region infrastructure.
• Google — provides the mailbox where the message arrives.

Resend and Google are US companies: any transfer of data outside the European Union relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

The anti-spam check

Cloudflare Turnstile runs under the form to tell a person from an automated program. To do so it reads some technical information from your browser (IP address, device characteristics, how you interact with the page). That is all it is for: it builds no advertising profile and does not follow you across sites. Without a check like this the inbox would be buried in automated messages within days.

How long we keep it

The message stays in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation. As a rule we delete messages that led nowhere within 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics: no Google Analytics, no pixels, nothing. The only thing it stores in your browser is the language you picked with the IT/EN button, saved locally so you find the page in the right language next time. It is not an identifier and it never leaves your device.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. Just write to linchettostudio@gmail.com: we reply without undue delay and in any case within one month, as required by Article 12 GDPR.

If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Minors

The site and the form are aimed at an adult audience, in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

Any changes to this notice will be published at this address with the corresponding date.
