Questa pagina spiega come cancellare il tuo account Zampario (Linchetto Studio, com.linchettostudio.zampario) e i dati che contiene. Si fa dall'app, in tre passi e senza scrivere a nessuno; se non hai più l'app, si può chiedere per email.
Prima di cancellare, scarica il diario. Dalla stessa schermata dell'app, Scarica i tuoi dati ti dà uno zip con il diario in formato JSON e tutte le foto: è gratuito, senza limiti, e quel file resta tuo anche dopo la cancellazione. Lo apri su un computer, lo conservi dove vuoi, lo giri al veterinario.
Cosa c'è dentro: le foto in una cartella normale — sono immagini, si aprono su qualunque computer — e il diario in un file JSON, che è un formato fatto perché lo legga un programma. È la forma che la legge chiede per poterti portare i dati altrove: serve a non lasciarti a mani vuote, non è una lettura da poltrona.
⚠️ Non è un backup da ricaricare: Zampario non reimporta quel file, e non esiste modo di rimettere il diario dentro l'app.
Se vuoi solo smettere di usare Zampario, non cancellare l'account: esci e basta. Il diario resta al sicuro sul server, e lo ritrovi tale e quale rientrando fra un mese o fra due anni. La cancellazione serve a chi vuole sparire, non a chi vuole fare una pausa.
Dall'app, in tre passi
- Apri Zampario e tocca l'icona dell'account nella barra in alto della schermata iniziale: si apre Il tuo account.
- Scorri fino in fondo e tocca Cancella l'account.
- Scrivi la tua password e conferma con Cancella tutto.
Da quel momento gli accessi cadono subito su tutti i tuoi dispositivi, e il diario viene tolto da questo dispositivo.
Hai 30 giorni per ripensarci
I dati restano sui nostri server per 30 giorni. In questo periodo puoi rientrare nell'app con la tua email e la tua password: trovi un avviso in cima con il pulsante per annullare la cancellazione, e il diario ridiscende sul dispositivo.
Passati i 30 giorni, un processo automatico notturno cancella davvero tutto: da lì in poi l'account e il diario non tornano più, nemmeno da noi. Ti resta il file che ti sei scaricato — una copia da leggere e conservare, che però non si rimette dentro l'app.
Se non hai più l'app
Dispositivo perso, app disinstallata o accesso non più possibile: scrivi a linchettostudio@gmail.com dall'indirizzo email dell'account, con oggetto «Cancellazione account Zampario». Ti rispondiamo senza ingiustificato ritardo e comunque entro un mese, come previsto dall'art. 12 del GDPR.

L'acquisto in sé è gestito da Apple o Google: la ricevuta e i dati di pagamento stanno da loro, non da noi. Cancellare l'account Zampario non annulla e non rimborsa un acquisto fatto sullo store.

In short
This page explains how to delete your Zampario account (Linchetto Studio, com.linchettostudio.zampario) and the data it holds. You do it from inside the app, in three steps and without writing to anyone; if you no longer have the app, you can request it by email.
Download your diary first. On the same screen in the app, Download your data gives you a zip with the diary as JSON and every photo: it's free, unlimited, and that file stays yours after the deletion too. Open it on a computer, keep it wherever you like, hand it to your vet.
What's inside: the photos in a plain folder — they're images, they open on any computer — and the diary as a JSON file, a format meant to be read by a program. It is the shape the law asks for so you can take your data elsewhere: it exists so you're not left empty-handed, not as an armchair read.
⚠️ It is not a backup you can load back: Zampario cannot re-import that file, and there is no way to put the diary back into the app.
If you only want to stop using Zampario, don't delete the account — just sign out. The diary stays safe on the server, and you'll find it exactly as you left it whether you come back in a month or in two years. Deletion is for leaving for good, not for taking a break.
From the app, in three steps
- Open Zampario and tap the account icon in the top bar of the home screen: Your account opens.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type your password and confirm with Delete everything.
From that moment every session ends immediately on all your devices, and the diary is removed from this device.
You have 30 days to change your mind
Your data stays on our servers for 30 days. During that time you can sign back in with your email and password: you'll find a notice at the top with a button to cancel the deletion, and the diary comes back to your device.
After 30 days an automatic nightly job really deletes everything: from then on the account and the diary are gone for good, for us too. What you keep is the file you downloaded — a copy to read and store, which cannot be loaded back into the app.
If you no longer have the app
Lost device, app uninstalled, or no way to sign in: write to linchettostudio@gmail.com from the account's email address, with the subject "Zampario account deletion". We reply without undue delay and in any case within one month, as required by Article 12 GDPR.

The purchase itself is handled by Apple or Google: the receipt and payment details live with them, not with us. Deleting your Zampario account does not cancel or refund a store purchase.
